粥

9月26日，星期二， 幼儿园开始给佳佳喂粥吃了。 妈妈也迫不及待， 跑去Raffles City Robinson 给佳佳买了一个婴儿食物研磨器。可以用来准备水果，蔬菜，肉类等。 晚上佳佳睡了一小觉之后， 妈妈就把两块苹果（略微烫熟）给研磨成泥状，拌在麦糊中喂给佳佳吃。熟了的苹果果然更加甜 ：）

初尝米糊 My first taste of cereal

9月23日， 星期六。 早上我们都在吃着佳佳奶奶做的炒米粉，而小佳佳在爸爸的腿上站着也显示出很感兴趣的样子，灵机一动之下， 我们决定给佳佳尝试一下米糊。 拿出一只小碗， 调好温热的奶粉， 大约有40，50 毫升之多， 然后加入3小茶匙的米糊， 搅拌均匀就行了。 接着端到佳佳的面前， 刚开始她还犹豫了一下， 妈妈勉强往她嘴里放了一点糊糊， 小家伙抿了抿嘴，尝了下滋味后，大概觉得味道还不错， 就很配合的张开了小嘴， 表示还要吃， 妈妈就开始一小勺 一小勺喂给她吃，好厉害呀，大概吃了至少一半下去吧。 下个星期可以正式的给她加餐喽！：）

9月再打预防针 Sep checkup at hougang polyclinic

前几天爸爸妈妈都生病所以未曾加贴。 星期五，9月22日佳佳又去打针。 称了下体重才发现过去的一个月佳佳的体重并没增加， 现在仍是7.39公斤， 这下可让爸妈担心了，可能奶水真的不够佳佳的营养了吧。是时候给她加别的食物了。

Quite worrying to us, poor jiajia didn't put on weight in the past one month and her weight remains at 7.39kg. Seems it is time that we introduce her to solid food - milk alone may not be enough anymore...

今天我5个月大了！ 5 month old

I am 5 month old already! Besides milk so far I have tried apple jiuce, pear juice and water melon juice, quite impressive hah! :)
我已经五个月大了，除了妈妈的奶和配方奶之外， 我还尝过了苹果，梨汁和西瓜汁，够丰富吧。

9月16日星期六下午，妈妈爸爸带我去朱妍阿姨家玩，我还见到了鑫鑫哥哥（冉秉鑫）和陶陶姐姐（陈乐）。
好舒服的皮沙发，让我来扶着走几步...

妈妈喂我吃了好多西瓜汁，看看我衣服上留下的痕迹就知道战果辉煌了 :)

再喝苹果汁 Drinking fresh apple juice again

小家伙吃过“晚餐”后，从8点多一直睡到了将近11点, 醒了过来。 妈妈很高兴，因为刚好准备把最后一个大苹果干掉， 这样一来， 又可以佳佳喂点苹果了。 妈妈把佳佳的头部用一个枕头垫高， 然后拿小勺子把果汁刮下来，一点一点的喂给佳佳，宝贝还真听话， 勺到嘴边她就把嘴张开了，妈妈顺势就把果汁倒进去，之后佳佳就会抿抿嘴。 这样来来回回喂了至少有6，7次 ， 份量加起来应该有一茶匙吧。 喝完后， 妈妈又给佳佳喂了点水。真好，看来佳佳已经差不多到了可以加其他辅食的时候了。

妈妈 mong mong

昨天晚上妈妈冲凉之前，爸爸在照看佳佳，突然之间听到小家伙叫 “mong mong” 妈妈一听可开心了，也许她是说 “我想吃” （蒙蒙）， 也许她是在叫 “妈妈”， 但不管怎样都算是一大进步 ：） 佳佳， 爸妈真希望能早点听到你开开心心， 清清楚楚地叫：爸爸妈妈！

我的小摇篮 My bouncer my craddle

爸妈星期五的中午跑出去John Little 年度大促销，很惊喜发现了这种找寻许久未果的摇摇椅，佳佳在幼儿园就最喜欢躺在上面了。可以利用自身重量上下晃动， 还有挂玩具的横杆，坐垫亦具有一定的弧度，坐起来很舒适。据说可以从初生婴儿坐到两岁多。强力推荐品 ：）
Mom and dad went for John Little Expo sale on friday, to our delightful surprise we found this bouncer -- we have been searching for it high and low for about 2 months! A great buy for new parents - baby can bounce herself up and down using her own weight, a toy bar ontop for you to hang all kinds of toys, welll supported cushion with an arc which cuddles the baby comfortably. It is suitable for baby from birth to 2 year plus.

第一次品尝苹果 My first taste of Apple !

9月10日，星期天，今天下午妈妈拿了一个大大的新西兰富士苹果跟爸爸一起分享。当时我小佳佳正坐在爸爸的腿上跟爸爸一起看电脑，妈妈看我很有兴趣的样子， 便拿了一个小勺子，轻轻的刮了几滴苹果汁， 送到我的嘴边， 我张开了小口，稍稍抿了一点 -- 哇 好甜呀! .. 妈妈， 太少了，再给我一点吧，于是妈妈又刮呀刮， 多喂给我了几次，我很是兴奋，结果搞得满嘴都湿嗒嗒的. 苹果真好吃：） 10 Sep, it's a warm Sunday afternoon, mummy was about to share a big New Zealand Fuji apple with daddy, saw me showing great interest, she then use a small spoon scratch off some juice and fed me - it's so sweet and tasty! mummy I want more! I want more fruits next time.. can't wait for next weekend, what is mummy going to feed me then? erm, let me give mummy some hint ..

生鱼炖汤 Toman Fish Soup

今天下午在鱼片汤摊位吃饭时闲聊了一下，学到一道食疗的方子跟大家分享
**生鱼炖汤**
Toman Fish 多曼
学名︰Channa Micropeltes
马来文名︰Toman、Toman Batek
英文名︰Giant Snakehead
俗名︰魚虎、淡水老虎

红枣，狗杞子，小条的生鱼，泡参， 一同炖汤。 可促进产后及病后身体的恢复。（平常超市售卖的生鱼精也是不错的选择）

Ok. Before of my age, I don't get to eat at this dinner. But, at least I got to look at the menu. Hhhmmm, can't wait to grow up, grow teeth, and have a seat at the dining table. Prices are reasonable too! Hope this restaurant will still be around when I'm 2, 3 or 4 years old!

睡觉时打转了

今天早上发现佳佳睡着觉竟然转了近90 度，身体几乎跟小床底边平行了起来。 哎呀 看来得把她的小床四周的护垫给装起来，不然可要磕碰着了头了 jiajia travelled 90 degrees while asleep!

成长里程 My Growth Milestone

3个半月： 脖子有劲了， 可以直起身了
8月29日：可以翻身了！我最喜欢的是左边
9月5日：我的儿科医生说我可以自己做起来一小会儿
9月10日: 妈妈第一次给我品尝苹果（汁)
9月23日: 妈妈第一次给我吃米糊
9月26日: 幼儿园给我吃粥了
10月1日: 坐的很稳当，还可以自己报着奶瓶喝奶呢
10月5日：我爬了足足有3 大步呢
11月13日：我穿软质的小鞋子
12月15日：我的下面两颗小门牙发出来了
3月26日：我会走好几步了，不用搀扶不用支撑

1 Oct: 1st Chilren's Day for me, can sit very steadily and hold milk bottle while feeding.
5 Oct: I can crawl now, and 3 steps at one go! Vicks bottle? not a problem at all! :)
13 Nov: I am wearing soft shoes for the 1st time
15 Dec: Two lower front teeth erupted !
26 Mar: Mummy & daddy witnessed me walking quite a few steps without support, crossing living room, bypass floor matt, onto floor mattress :P

一张是爸爸5个月大时拍的，一张是佳佳3个月时的玉照。 是不是颇有些神似呢 Daddy at 5 months old and jiajia at 3 month old, aren't we lookalike? :)
